Well here we are in West Ealing and Hanwell!

What more can be said at the moment except to say that although SEC was started as a central Ealing group, obviously many residents in West Ealing and Hanwell rely on that space for employment (in the office corridor?), shopping (although sadly in a diminishing supply of shops) and even ocasionally for an evening out (lots of restaurants and hope for a new cinema at sometime in the future).

We have all been affected in one way or another by Crossrail, whether by huge disturbance involved in the construction or easier access to the West Country or Heathrow.

However the completion right through Central London seems now unlikely until even 2022 and so the promise of many of the builders of all the new blocks of flats to be within a few (well maybe17) minutes of Central London or Canary Wharf is doubtful.

Certainly we have seen our areas change incredibly over recent times and SEC has therefore seen much more involvement in places like tower blocks of flats, new uses for our open spaces and so on.
